Job Title: Regional Health Director, Western Canada

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and develop the health architecture practice in Western Canada.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a key client relationship manager on projects.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and execute targeted market and client strategies to drive business growth and development.
  • Represent HDR at industry events and conferences, and participate in professional organizations to further the firm's brand and relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, planning or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
  • Maintain professional registration.
  • Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for planning and/or engineering services.
  • Experience in development and management of a wide range of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits.
  • Experience in overall staff development to include recruiting, career path and professional growth.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with Area Market Sector Directors, Market Sector Directors, Business Class Directors, Regional Business Group Director, Area Business Group Managers, Area Marketing Managers and Area Managers.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.
