Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Victorem Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the team to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage contracts and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and advise senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Work Environment

  • Permanent position.
  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
