Job Title: Mental Health Clinician

Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team in Winnipeg. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide virtual and in-person mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families in First Nations communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide case management support to individuals and families.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, nursing station staff, community service providers, clients, and their families.
  • Build collegial relationships with service providers in First Nations communities to support capacity building in child and adolescent mental health.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience working with children, youth, and families, preferably in First Nations communities.
  • Experience and training in treatment models related to developmental trauma.
  • Experience in case management and developing mental health education programs.
  • Qualifications as a Psychiatric Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker (MSW), or Family Therapist (MMFT).
