Office Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Kreate Systems. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries.
- Document Management: You will work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
- Communication: You will perform basic bookkeeping tasks, prepare invoices and bank deposits, and send and receive messages.
- Office Maintenance: You will photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
- Data Entry: You will perform data entry and label files according to retention and disposal schedules.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months or equivalent experience
