Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,000 - $48,000, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that high-quality dishes are served to customers.
  • Train Staff: Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement measures to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, resulting in a positive customer experience.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, providing solutions to resolve issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage, supporting informed business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
