Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a high-level professional to lead our cybersecurity efforts and protect our organization's systems and data from potential threats.
About the Role: As our Manager of Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies, managing security risk, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program to protect our organization's systems and data.
Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of effective security controls.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure our cybersecurity program remains effective.
Requirements:
Three (3) year University Degree or Community College diploma in Information Technology or equivalent work experience and certifications.
Minimum six to ten (6-10) years of experience in supporting technology solutions and/or services in a complex IT environment.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent computer security certification.
Healthcare IT related experience an asset.
Experience in leading or participating in large scale technology implementation projects.
Experience in providing wide scale technology support services.
Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Work Environment:
The Manager of Cybersecurity will work in a hybrid remote environment, with occasional travel to our Windsor office.
