About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to assist in the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements, manage accounts payable, and perform other key financial tasks.

  • Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements: The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely completion of this critical task.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Our ideal candidate will have experience managing AP and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Tax Return Preparation: The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing company tax returns, requiring strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Budgeting Process: This role involves assisting with the annual budgeting process, ensuring our financial planning is aligned with business objectives.
  • Cash and Banking Review: Daily cash and banking review is crucial for effective financial management, and we expect our Senior Accountant to stay on top of this task.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: As part of this role, you will undertake ad-hoc projects as required, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities.
About You

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  • CPA designation: A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is essential for this role, showcasing your expertise in accounting principles and practices.
  • Financial Reporting Experience: Significant experience in financial reporting is required, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are vital for building strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders.
  • Excel Expertise: Proficiency in Excel is expected, with the ability to analyze complex data and present findings effectively.
