Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving group revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed annual revenue goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for group sales clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Event Management and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of group events
- Conduct site inspections and negotiations with clients to close business and drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and client interactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve market share
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with ability to learn new systems quickly
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $98,000 to $126,000 annually, as well as comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
