Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at BLACK STALLION MOTORS LTD. as an Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office services.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Administration: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration Oversight: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a large workload and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
