Office Coordinator

Elegant Car Rental is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to office support staff. You will also establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing new administrative procedures and reviewing existing ones
- Delegating work to office support staff and establishing work priorities
- Ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Performing data entry and training staff
- Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, resolving conflict situations, and commissioning systems and components
- Monitoring and evaluating office operations and overseeing payroll administration
- Planning and controlling budget and expenditures
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Reliability and integrity
- Team player with excellent time management skills
