Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in a production environment preferred; willing to train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, compressed air tools
  • Familiarity with various materials (wood, steel, plastic) for setting up forms for concrete pours
  • Experience tying reinforcing bars according to production drawings
  • Experience placing, vibrating, and finishing concrete
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to produce high-quality work
  • Reading skills in metric and imperial units
  • Capable of lifting approximately 50lbs
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Good attendance record and passion for working safely
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Availability for overtime and flexible scheduling

Work Schedule:

8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.

Compensation:

$45 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay.
