Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced New Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will leverage your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential clients, identify sales opportunities, and develop tailored proposals to meet their needs. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle rejection, and stay motivated will be crucial in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Lead Generation: Utilize prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to generate high-quality leads and establish connections with potential clients.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements, tailor solutions, and develop compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of Paladin Security's services.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and timely follow-ups on leads.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance metrics related to outbound activities, lead conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the physical security industry.
- Education: Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and lead-generation platforms.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
