Job Title: Production Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Helper to join our team at PONDEROSA TRADING COMPANY LTD.

Job Summary:

The Production Helper will assist in the production process, ensuring the quality and safety of our products. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, handling raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials, as well as operating processing machines and performing quality control checks.

Responsibilities:
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials to and from production areas.
  • Feed and unload processing machines to ensure efficient production.
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
  • Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Working Conditions:

The Production Helper will work in a warehouse environment with a moderate noise level. The role requires standing for long periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a physically demanding role and maintain a high level of productivity.
