About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painting and Decorating Supervisor to join our team at Ultra painting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating operations, ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate painting and decorating projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of painters and decorators, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent workmanship.
  • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution, including estimating costs and materials.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating, with a focus on supervision and team management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, with a focus on safety and quality.
