About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at MAJHA TRUCKING LTD. This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary of $55,000 per year.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, minutes, and other important documents.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to enhance productivity.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Reception Services: Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
