Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join our team at Dalim Construction Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative activities, assisting in budget preparation and maintaining inventory and financial controls. Additionally, they will perform data entry tasks, oversee payroll administration, and plan and control budget and expenditures.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Carry out various administrative duties, including preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory and financial controls, and performing data entry.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is necessary.
  • Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Benefits and Work Environment
  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
