Nova Scotia Administrative Support Role

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Director and Medical Examiners with secretarial and administrative tasks. This includes data tracking, communication with stakeholders, correspondence typing, creating spreadsheets, and calendar management.
Responsibilities- Team calendars and schedule management.
- Supply and equipment management, ordering, inventory, invoices, coordinating technical support.
- Support management and medical examiners with administrative related activities.
The ideal candidate will have completed a one-year commercial course plus three (3) years of administrative experience. Proficiency in typing, word processing, email, and calendar applications is required.
Working ConditionsThis Casual position requires working 12 hours per week. The work environment may include exposure to various sensory triggers.
Benefits and SalaryYou will be paid an hourly rate between $24.05 and $26.91. As a member of our team, you will contribute to providing compassionate service that meets the highest standards of science.
