About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons - Kincardine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and that guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cleanliness and Safety
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized at all times.

  • Education
    • No degree, certificate or diploma required.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
