Customer Support Manager

Greenstone Financial Services Canada is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to lead our Customer Support team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving a high-performance culture and ensuring that our team meets the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a team of Customer Support Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality customer service
- 5+ years of experience in a people management role with a focus on customer support or service
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business improvement
- Experience working in a quality-controlled environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
