Job Description

Suncreek Auto Glass Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Management Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work 35 hours per week in a fast-paced administrative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and oversee the administration of daily operations.
  • Carry out administrative activities related to budgeting, inventory management, and data entry.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining financial controls.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent non-university certificate/diploma from a program lasting 1-2 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
