Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Manage the daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring that coordinators are adequately trained to effectively manage the studio and drive services on a day-to-day basis.
  • Innovation: Ensure beauty advisors are trained to leverage technology innovations within services, providing an elevated in-store experience for clients.
  • Client Experience: Manage the services online reservation system, publishing beauty advisor availability and class dates and times, and ensuring staffing levels are adequate to support a smooth client flow.
  • Training and Development: Execute beauty advisor training for new hires and existing team members, facilitating orientation and selling model training sessions.
  • Visual Merchandising: Support the operations team by ensuring all merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals meet company standards, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor.
  • Vendor Management: Ensure beauty advisors engage with store brands, providing feedback on brand training effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Two to four years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
