Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Document Control Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. This is a full-time position that involves coordinating, producing, reviewing and distributing controlled technical documents and contractual documents for various groups and departments.

About the Role:
This role supports a team of Project Managers and Engineers as they deliver projects from inception to close out. The Technical Document Control Specialist's duties include:
  • Ensuring all project documents, including technical and contractual, are tracked and stored in proper locations.
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of Oracle Aconex and providing expertise to team members.
  • Ensuring timely processing of document review and approval.
  • Supporting change control activities by ensuring proper standards and policies are followed.
  • Following established processes and making recommendations for improvements to the efficiencies of the existing document control systems.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in document control.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Aconex.
  • Knowledge of engineering and project document control methods and tools.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on location and experience.
