We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at JC's Banquet & Grill House. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing meats for processing or cutting, selling meats to customers, grinding meats, making special sausages, and slicing cooked meats.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean meats to ensure they are free from contaminants and ready for processing or cutting.
- Sell Meats to Customers: Provide excellent customer service and sell meats to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Grind and Process Meats: Grind meats to the required specifications and process them for sale or use in our kitchen.
- Make Special Sausages: Create unique and delicious sausages for our customers to enjoy.
- Slice Cooked Meats: Slice cooked meats to order and present them in a visually appealing way.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
