Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, manage contracts, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Entry: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Electronic mail.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
