Job Title: Office Administration Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Clerk to join our team at Mission City Wireless. As an Office Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents; receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
  • Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents; process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically; send and receive messages.
  • Financial Tasks: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks; prepare invoices and bank deposits; photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service; file material in storage areas; label, file, and retrieve documents; locate and remove files requested.
  • Office Operations: Organize and schedule office work; store, update, and retrieve financial data.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an office setting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. Must be able to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
