About the Role

At Autodesk, we're shaping tools that define the future for everyone. As a Security and Privacy Training & Awareness Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Trust posture, focusing on security and privacy awareness across Autodesk.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate with teams to develop, implement and maintain security and privacy training programs.
  • You will facilitate trainings and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You will support the development of internal security and privacy awareness campaigns, including trainings, videos, presentations, and communications.
  • You will conduct in-house phishing simulations strategically designed based on currently prevalent threats.
  • You will monitor and report on the effectiveness of training and awareness programs.
  • You will be responsible for the Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including developing, managing, and reporting on content.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience developing training programs, curriculum development, and role-mapping.
  • Knowledge of editing tools for curating and creating training content.
  • Familiarity with industry practices and trends related to security, privacy, and data ethics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable engaging with a variety of internal stakeholders to promote Autodesk's approach to security and privacy.
