Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Universal Coach Line Ltd. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
  • Customer Service
    • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure high-quality customer service
    • Co-ordinate and assign work to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Operations Management
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity
    • Arrange repair work as needed to minimize downtime and ensure customer service delivery
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations management role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 to 40 hours per week
