We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and optimize our email campaigns at Creative Niche. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives on creating impactful email experiences tailored to customer behaviors and preferences.

About the Job

This 2-3 month contract has the potential to become a permanent full-time hire if the fit is right. As Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and managing automated workflows, segmenting audiences, and tracking performance. Your goal will be to create engaging email experiences that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, promotional offers, and transactional messages.
  • Build, manage, and optimize lifecycle marketing workflows in CRM systems.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and send times for improved performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals and customer journeys.
  • Ensure email campaigns comply with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and follow email marketing best practices.
  • Stay updated on email marketing trends and innovations, leveraging new tools and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of email marketing experience, with a focus on CRM and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template design and troubleshooting.
  • Strong ability to analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with additional CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
