We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at Dash Hudson. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and revenue.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position based in Halifax, NS. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and collaborating with our Senior Director of Sales to achieve sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the hiring process for SDRs and providing training and guidance to new hires
  • Ensuring your team meets key performance metric targets, such as outbound activity, opportunity goals, lead quality, and more
  • Contributing to prospecting and outreach strategies and engaging with the Senior Director to ensure pipeline quality
  • Providing regular performance reviews and coaching to team members
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

A competitive salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
