Barista - Pantry Expert

Welcome to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, where our team is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. As a Barista in our newly renovated Guide's Pantry outlet, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing prompt, professional, and efficient service.

We offer an attractive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Barista, you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, preparing drinks and food to guest specifications, and maintaining a high standard of service. You will work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting all guests in-person or by phone
• Taking guest orders and preparing them to guest specifications
• Providing a consistently high standard of service
• Effectively handling customer concerns and exceeding customer expectations
• Informing guests of hotel and area information as requested

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum 6 months' food and beverage experience
• Experience with handling cash and operating a POS system
• The ability to constantly stand and walk throughout your shift
• Self-motivation, effective decision-making, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
