We are seeking a skilled Senior Continuous Improvement Professional who will play a key role in driving business improvements, operational excellence, and enhancing our improvement tool sets and methodologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about leading change, driving results, and promoting a culture of improvement.
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, and monitoring of improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and validated attainment of objectives. This individual will also facilitate the collection, analysis, and visualization of existing process data aligned with the customer value stream to improve safety, quality, and cost. Additionally, they will apply and coach lean and six sigma tools to eliminate waste and reduce process variation within project teams.
This role requires a self-starter with an engaging style, solid influencing and facilitation skills, and the ability to develop relationships and build a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and coaching skills, as well as working knowledge of lean and six sigma tools, planning, and time management. They should also be action-oriented, able to make decisions, and possess strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
