The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, ranging between $80,000 to $110,000 per year.

Job Description

As a Junior Associate, you will assess and advise on real property transactions, risk factors, and potential legal complications in residential and commercial real estate and financing transactions. You will also assist in land development work, collaborating with the team to exercise good judgment, a strong work ethic, and a positive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years' experience concentrated in residential and commercial real estate, land development, and new home construction and sales.
  • Experience in commercial financing transactions is beneficial.
