Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of more than 20 staff members
  • Overseeing cash handling and financial management
  • Coordinating marketing initiatives and promoting sales growth
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and quality control
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in restaurant management, preferably with a degree in hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
