We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team at Global Health Employment. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients with a focus on assessment, health education, disease prevention, and early intervention and support for chronic health conditions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with established policies and protocols
  • Assess wounds and determine a course of treatment within the RN scope of practice
  • Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and maintain plans of care
  • Monitor, assess, address, document, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
  • Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
  • Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing (NSCN) required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), preferably in the community home setting

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This range is based on industry standards and market research.
