About the Role

The Marketing Researcher will be responsible for developing policies, administering programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment, and planning development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to promote economic growth and development.
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
  • Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell Internet sites.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote business investment and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment

The Marketing Researcher will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.

The working hours are 32 to 35 hours per week.
