About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Lifemark's new state-of-the-art clinic in Pembroke, Ontario. As a Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Experience in treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting, with 1-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Newly licensed graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrated interest in a treatment-based approach for complex injuries across various age groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
