About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cheese Curds and Habaneros. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Work Environment

Our food service operations are fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be required to work in a hot environment and be able to lift and move heavy objects.
