Restaurant Manager Job Description

Pizza Hut is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and minimize waste.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their job expectations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience, and addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage inventory to maintain profitability and control costs.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our brand and services to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a team.
