Landmark Structures is seeking a skilled Geometric Model Developer to contribute to the delivery of challenging projects.

The ideal candidate will work with multi-disciplined teams to develop design drawings using AutoCAD and related products, ensuring efficiency and precision in all tasks.

  • Create, edit, and modify AutoCAD drawings based on design provided by engineers.
  • Utilize annotation for clarification and develop reinforced concrete and steel drawings as well as mechanical and shop drawings.
  • Collaborate with engineers and operations to meet fabrication and constructability requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design foundation layout plans, structural specifications, steel structure fabrication drawings, and concrete foundation detail drawings.
  • Assist with calculations, load rating, structural modeling, and analyses.
  • Meet project schedule and quality requirements with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant AutoCAD design experience.
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and project management software.

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Landmark Structures offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including EOE (Equal Opportunity Employer) status.
