Job Opportunity

The Neighbourhood Group (TNG) is a multi-service agency that provides a range of services to support individuals and communities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Adult Day Program Team Lead.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals who provide support and services to adults in our community. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, including staff supervision, program development, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality services to adults in our community
  • Develop and implement program plans and services to meet the needs of our clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams
  • Strong knowledge of community services and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cantonese and Mandarin language proficiency
