Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing retail merchandising strategies and plans in grocery stores across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute retail merchandising plans and strategies in grocery stores, ensuring accurate and timely execution of planograms and product placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management, area managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising execution, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement merchandising strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on merchandising execution and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
  • Proven track record of executing merchandising plans and strategies in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store management and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate store aisles and stockrooms.
