Job Title: Senior Human Resources Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at 9520635 CANADA INC.

Job Summary:

The Senior Human Resources Vice-President will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of human resources strategies and programs that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development to support business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and implement financial and administrative controls, promotional campaigns, and human resources planning.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the effective management of the organization.
  • Supervise a team of more than 20 people and provide guidance on computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Ensure the effective management of work conditions and physical capabilities, including fast-paced environments, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workloads.
  • Develop and maintain excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player abilities.
  • Ensure the effective management of experience, including 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, permanent employment, English language, and 32 to 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player abilities.
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a large workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
