Job Title: Food Services Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Queen's Pizza and Wings. As a Food Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and quality.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of kitchen staff to ensure that our high standards are met.
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure that our kitchen is running efficiently.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure that our kitchen is clean and safe, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Leading/instructing individuals to ensure that our high standards are met.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that our equipment is in good working order.
  • Order stock to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and practices of establishment employees to ensure that our high standards are met.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our kitchen is running efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Public transportation is available.
  • Fast-paced environment.
