Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Royal Fountain Healthcare Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Personal Support Worker will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
Work Environment:

The Personal Support Worker will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, and will be required to travel to different locations. The work environment will be fast-paced and physically demanding.
