Counter Attendant - Food Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Counter Attendant - Food Service to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate cash register, handle cash, credit card transactions, and make change.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package food items, such as sandwiches, salads, and baked goods.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe environment, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Stocking and Inventory: Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and report any discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
Work Environment:

This is a part-time position with a variable schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
