At Global Wireless Solutions Inc., we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software to provide effective support

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
