We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Health Care Aide, providing top-notch care to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare services.

As a Health Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care to individuals, including assistance with daily living activities such as grooming, dressing, elimination, and hygiene. You will also be required to tidy, clean, and disinfect living areas, as well as encourage and assist with mobility.

Requirements for the position include:

  • A minimum of two years of related experience.
  • A current satisfactory Criminal Record Check (within the last 6 months).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • Ability to work full-time hours (during training program).
  • Ability to work in Lethbridge, Coaldale, and Picture Butte (during training program).
  • A current Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation.

First Aid Certification, Food Safety, and WHMIS Training are considered assets.
