Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare layouts and designs for building structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials to create structures and environments.
  • Prepare tenders and quotations for clients, ensuring accurate estimates and timelines.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to create safe and functional structures.
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to complete structures and environments.
