We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Service Professional to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in wealth management and provide exceptional customer service.
About the JobIn this role, you will assist Wealth Advisors in managing high net worth client accounts, providing superior client service, and executing administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include fund transfers, contributions, withdrawals, monitoring incoming and outgoing transfers, assisting with trades and security transactions, opening and maintaining client files, scheduling appointments, preparing for client meetings, identifying client needs, and analyzing client preparation materials.
You will also participate in activities related to business development, maintain operational and regulatory knowledge, ensure compliance and risk management rules are respected, and act as a resource in resolving client issues. Additionally, you will guide and train new employees, mentor peers on complex products, procedures, and policies, and work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments within the bank.
Requirements- College diploma in administration (Bachelor of Business Administration is an asset) and a minimum of 3 years' industry experience
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Good knowledge of CROESUS software, desirable
- Ability to learn computer systems quickly
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Client service experience
