Business Development Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Omnify Lighting. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking to take their career to the next level.
As a BDR, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing existing relationships with customers. You will work closely with our sales management team and directly with customers and prospects to ensure a seamless experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phone sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about building relationships and driving sales growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Qualification and Conversion: Identify and convert leads into sales opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with assigned house accounts and dormant accounts, re-engaging inactive customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Prospecting and Cold Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting efforts via phone calls, emails, and other electronic communication methods to generate new business opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking and updating all leads, opportunities, and account activities within the CRM system.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong listening skill combined with verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with strong organizational skills
- Previous phone sales experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Digitally savvy, with strong proven experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
- Ability to assess priorities and manage time and resources accordingly
